Terms and Conditions

All prices are in Euro and including Danish vat of 25%, unless otherwise stated.

SheIsSmart accepts payment by Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB, China UnionPay, American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. SheIsSmart encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS. We reserve the right to have the total amount of the order paid by bank transfeer to Sydbank, Denmark. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Delivery charges:
Delivery out of Denmark with PostNord / Dpd from 4 Euro. FREE DELIVERY on orders from 49 Euros of purchase (Depending on delivery country)

SheIsSmart will deliver to you within 2-5 weekdays. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from Suppliers.

Defect Items:
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.

Cancellation and returns:
As a costumer you have 365 days to regret your purchase, when purchasing goods by phone or by internet. Items must be returned to the following address: Sheissmart, Nyholmvej 3, 7500 Holstebro, Denmark. Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).

Any dispute between SheIsSmart and the customer is subject to Danish law.

Return of goods:
Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).

On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received to SheIsSmart.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority .
